Ok, first off you've posted no new information that hasn't been posted before.
The idea of booting into a war-decable corp has been suggested before and derided by many. EVE Forum Search will yield a few threads.
It's a naieve assumption that lower mineral prices cause more profit for builders. It lowers the price of the product.
I run an industry corp. A large number of my members mine. Yes we have problems with stripped belts. However, we make a lot of money by exploiting the market affects of "macro miners" (and not by ore theft). It's really rather easy.
CCP's response has always been that they will not tolerate an abuse of the T&C and that any suspicion of an instance where this is the case should be petitioned. I don't believe that another thread about this will change the situation.

after months of petitioning with no results, this is why it's posted.
And please read my very last sentance. There have been countless before.
I fogot to mention though - whilst I disagree with you I congratulate you on a really well thought out and written post. Quite refreshing. ______________________ 106 days and still a hijack virgin... Cherry popped! ~kieron

Originally by: BlueSmok Truth of it is we need CCP to put the power to police this activity in our hands. Cause we're certainly more Zealous about it and have inexhaustible manpower. What we need is a Fortune 5,000 list of players that recieve large sums of isk. A report done by the central bank of Eve or something.. Legit players will have a history and the Frontmen for the Ebayers will be obvious and we all can afford 3 nails?
What about someone like me who regularly receives large sums of ISK for refined goods?
What if someone decides I'm involved in a "macro" scheme and decides to take it into their own hands?
The system would be too open to abuse for it to be workable. ______________________ 106 days and still a hijack virgin... Cherry popped! ~kieron

Originally by: Aleidus Lee Quite simply, the practice of selling ISK for cash needs to be banned by CCP..
It is.
Originally by: Aleidus Lee This is ruining the game for many players for many reasons. Macro farming is not bothering me, but one of the effects of it are.
That's an opinion that I know many share and you're entitled to it so fair enough.

ISK selling spam in Eve is totally killing my feeling of submersion within the Eve environment.
Please see Wrangler's Sticky
Originally by: Aleidus Lee Why can't CCP take some sort of action against "trade4games.com" or similar companies/websites?
-
Surely ISK could be claimed as IP (intellectual property) and a crucial element of the game, therefore protected under the copyright & publishing controls Eve currently posses?
Yes, it's already classed as IP. If the website is based outside of the country in which CCP have direct legal rights then lawsuits usually fail.
Originally by: Aleidus Lee Please do something about this CCP, it really is the biggest flaw in the game at the moment.
Far from. I feel there are some much greater problems but again, that's your right to an opinion. CCP have stated numerous times that they do look into all the petitions and that accounts do get banned.
As I said earlier, I'm not sure what another thread about this is going to change. ______________________ 106 days and still a hijack virgin... Cherry popped! ~kieron
